I just came upon the site for the first time, and I must tell you that my eyes are a little watery at the moment. You guys have done a great job and seeing the pictures and slideshows makes me miss home a little more than I did before. Big Oak will always be home, no matter where I am and I miss everyone. I have had great experiences and have gone a lot of great places through the game of golf, none of which would have been possible without the entire Sharman and Big Oak family. I wanted to write and let you know how happy I am that I found your excellent golf course and also the place that I will be having my wedding reception later on this year. I have told all my friends and family about how sweet your golf course is and about how reasonable your rates are. I have already played ten or more rounds this year and plan to play many more. Your greens are immaculate and the course is in terrific shape. The course is very challenging and the back nine is my personal favorite. The fact that it costs me the same amount that it does for me to play only nine holes locally, makes the short drive more than worth the trip. I am also quite impressed with how much at ease I have been when out on the course while other golfers are at play. I have met some really nice people and have found all the players to be respectful of others and their space. The people have been very courteous. I find both of you and your son, Nick, to be very friendly. It is refreshing to find genuinely nice, down-home people, such as your family, running a truly quality golf course.
